Take an Idea to Bed With You

7 Steps to Solve Nagging Business Problems:

1. Read about your last project 20-30 minutes before you go to sleep.
2.Turn off the TV and Internet.
3.Don't talk about anything serious before you go to sleep! You don't want to mull that over in your dreams at night.  Keep it light!
4. Put a notepad and a pen or pencil next to your nightstand.
5.Once you hit the bed relax your mind. While you are asleep let your mind do the work.
6. When you wake up write down your first thought.  


Make this a habit and eventually you will be more receptive to new ideas.  You will be able to solve problems more easily.
7. And if that doesn't work, just get more sleep!
